We may use trusted third-party tools for analytics, email and hosting. These providers process data on our behalf and are required to keep it secure.

Intellectual Property

On full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability

We deliver our services with professional care but cannot guarantee specific rankings, revenue or platform outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service.
